The withdrawal request.
Fill in your name, email, and booking number, press "Send" and you'll get a copy right away. We'll confirm the cancellation by email.
This form is the online way to exercise your right of withdrawal, under Article 11¹ of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. Accommodation booked for a specific date is exempt by law from the 14-day withdrawal period (Article 16, letter l), but we offer you the cancellation described in the cancellation policy anyway: cancelling charges the full first night's stay, and the rest is refunded.

What we do with the request
We record it in our booking system and send it by email to the front desk, and a copy to you. We respond within 14 days at most, usually the same day. We use the data from the form only to resolve the request; how we keep it is described on the Privacy page.
