What happens to your data.
In short: the data from your booking goes into our booking system, hosted in the European Union, only the front desk sees it, we don't sell it to anyone, and there is no traffic measurement at all on this site.
Who we are
The site rezervari.lalivada.ro and Complex La Livadă are operated by S.C. OVISER S.R.L., tax ID RO33918057, J2014000396379, with its registered office at DN24, no. 743, Muntenii de Jos, Vaslui County. We are the controller of your data, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What the booking form collects
Exactly as much as we need to hold your room and be able to reach you:
- first and last name
- phone number
- email address
- city, county, and country
- arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and the room chosen
We use it to record the booking, call you for confirmation, send you the confirmation email, welcome you on arrival, and issue the invoice. The basis is the accommodation contract you enter into with us and our legal obligations (guest records, accounting). We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't pass it on except to those listed below.
Where it goes
Into our booking system, a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). It's seen by the front desk and the complex's administration, each with their own account. It doesn't pass through any external form service.
For the booking to work, a few services process part of the data for us:
- Resend sends the confirmation email, with your name, stay details, and email address.
- NETOPIA Payments, when you pay online by card: you enter the card details on their secure page, and they never reach us; we only receive the payment confirmation. Their processing is described in NETOPIA's policy.
- Oblio, the invoicing software, receives your name and billing details when we issue your invoice.
- Vercel hosts the site's pages and sees, like any server, the IP address you open them from, in its technical logs.
If you submit the withdrawal form, the request is written into the same system and sent by email to the front desk, and a copy to you.
How long we keep it
Booking data — for as long as the law requires us to keep the related accounting and tax documents: invoices and associated records, ten years from the end of the year in which they were issued. Withdrawal requests and messages without a booking, three years from receipt. After that they're deleted.
You can ask for earlier deletion at any time by writing to office@lalivada.com; we do this for anything we aren't legally required to keep.
Traffic measurement
There is none. On rezervari.lalivada.ro, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other measurement service does not run, no cookie is written, and nothing is sent to Google or Meta. Details are on the Cookies page.
What rights you have
Under GDPR, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you (access), correct it, delete it, restrict it, or give it to you in a format you can take with you (portability), and you can object to processing. Write to office@lalivada.com and we'll respond within one month at most.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
Data security
The connection to the site and to the booking system is encrypted (HTTPS). The database isn't accessible from the internet except through the functions that make the booking, each with its own checks; front-desk accounts have their own passwords. Card data never passes through us.
