Delivery policy
We don't deliver anything. We wait for you.
What you book on the site is an accommodation service. It is provided at Complex La Livadă, on the dates you've chosen — nothing is shipped anywhere.
What you get, and when
- Immediately after submitting — a confirmation number on screen and an email with your stay details, the price, and the link from which you can review or cancel the booking. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or give us a call.
- Before arrival — a phone call from us, to confirm, and, where applicable, the email in which you confirm you're coming, if we had only held the room for you.
- On the arrival date, from 2 PM — your booked room, at DN24, no. 743, Muntenii de Jos, Vaslui County. Check-out is by 11 AM on the day you leave.
How to get there
We're on DN24, on the edge of Vaslui towards Bârlad, in Muntenii de Jos. Directions, with links for Google Maps and Waze, are on the contact page. Access to the rooms is with the code you receive on arrival; how it works is explained in the guest app, whose link you receive on the day you arrive.
If we cannot provide the stay
If, for a reason on our side, the booked room isn't available on arrival, we'll offer you a room of the same category or better, at the same price. If we can't, we'll refund everything you paid in full within 14 days, and we'll let you know as soon as we find out.
The invoice
The invoice is issued by S.C. OVISER S.R.L. and you receive it by email or at the front desk, on arrival or departure, using the details you give us.
