What's stored in your browser.
Nothing. The booking site doesn't write any cookies, doesn't use traffic measurement, and has no reason to ask for your consent for any of that.
Our own cookies
None. The booking process doesn't need an account and doesn't remember anything between visits: its steps — search, choosing a room, your details — are states of the page, which disappear when you close it. The link in the confirmation email itself carries the booking code, which is why you can return to it without any cookie.
The one exception is the page's language: if you change it from the flag
selector, the choice is remembered in the browser's local storage
(localStorage), not in a cookie — it isn't sent to any server
and doesn't track anything outside this site. You can clear it any time
from your browser settings.
Traffic measurement
There is none. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics service does not run, so nothing is sent to Google or Meta, and no consent banner appears.
What loads from third parties
Three things, each with a specific purpose:
- Fonts, from Google Fonts. Google states that its font service doesn't write cookies; your browser sends its IP address, as with any downloaded file.
- The NETOPIA Payments logo in the footer, served from NETOPIA's server. It's an image; it doesn't write cookies on this site.
- The booking system, to which the page sends the search and the booking. It's ours, hosted by Supabase, and doesn't write cookies in the browser.
When you pay online by card, the payment is made on the NETOPIA Payments page, on their domain, where their cookie policy applies, not ours.
What your browser can keep on its own
Your browser may remember what you typed in the form fields (autofill) or keep the page's files in its temporary memory, so it loads faster. These are your browser's settings, not the site's, and you control them from there.
